Continuing its tradition of presenting World Premiere footage, “SCREAM 2009” will feature “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner as he unveils exclusive footage from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.”

Twilight fans brace yourselves: the first full-length trailer is out for New Moon, and it's full of surprises! Okay, so maybe there aren't too many surprises. Bella loves Edward, Edward rejects Bella for her own good, and a big stinky deal is made of the whole affair. On the upside Michael Sheen co-stars as a vampire leader (or something), which, as anyone who's watched the Underworld movies knows, is good news. Check it out after the jump.

It's like a Beatles concert at the Twilight panel at Comic-Con, with more screaming female teens and preteens than I've heard since sixties archival footage of John Lennon. The stars discussed the transformation of their characters.
