ETonline.com

The FX network has vamped it up by securing broadcast rights to the four movies in the 'Twilight' series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

After the movies' televised screenings on pay cable channel Showtime, the films will rise on the ad-supported FX. FX will premiere 'Twilight' on their network in late 2011, followed by 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' in late 2012, says The Hollywood Reporter. The third installment in the franchise, 'Eclipse,' whose theatrical release is June 30, will make its FX debut in early 2013. The fourth and final story in the series, 'Breaking Dawn,' is waiting to receive the green-light to start production.

In this package deal with Summit Entertainment, FX also gets the rights to air 'The Hurt Locker,' 'Push,' and 'Knowing,' which stars Nicolas Cage. The three films are scheduled to hit FX in the middle of 2012.
