Nathan Lane spoofs 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' trailer on Letterman

By now, it's no surprise when Twilight saga video spoofs find their way onto late night television programs, and it's even less of a surprise when celebrities completely unrelated to the series take their turns at gibing about the Saga.
In this instance, it's Nathan Lane (actor in films like The Producers, The Birdcage, and The Lion King) spoofing the first theatrical trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Lane went onto Late Show With David Letterman and brought this video clip from Eclipse. Only, he added a little something of his own performance as "the vampire kids' cranky next-door neighbor."
About his performance, Lane joked that "they liked it so much that I've been asked to do the next six Twilight films . . . it's a pivotal but small role."
In the clip, Lane interrupts the infamous meadow sequence from the picture by saying, "hey you Transylvanian freaks, get . . . off my petunias!"
